Vision in the Forest
This is the Smokey The Bear clip you have been waiting for! While country music singer Vaughn Monroe camps with his family in a beautiful forest, one of his daughters encounters Smokey in a clearing and has a near-mystical experience that teaches her to respect the danger of forest fire. This is the only video in which Vaughn's entire family appears. The story is corny but it's a nice testament to Vaughn's love of his family.

ADT: When Every Minute Counts
Our last clip is an advertising film about how ADT alarm systems secure property, and includes elaborate coverage of alarm and communications technology in the analog era. A fire chief and a police chief do their level best to convince us that we should all protect our businesses with ADT fire and burglar alarm systems, and they do a pretty good job of it, too, addressing all of our possible objections through the voice of the narrator. Since this is a well-made film, it ends up not as campy as it sounds, though. Police and fire department buffs should enjoy the film.
